When you receive our caviar oil, you may notice a liquid when you open the box, and this is nothing to worry about. The liquid is a separation of water and oil from the mixture of caviar and oil. As our caviar oil is made from 100% natural ingredients, it is a delicate product that requires more care than other products on the market
Before using the butter, we advise you to take it out of the refrigerator for at least 5-10 minutes to soften it. When the butter becomes elastic, using a fork, gently fold it until the liquid is mixed again. The butter is then ready to use and can safely be stored back in the fridge for later use.
