Sweet red pepper “La Chinata” is a spice with a rich taste and color and a distinct smoky aroma. For the production of smoked pepper powder “La Chinata” for each of its varieties (sweet, medium hot and hot), the best pepper from the La Vera area is selected, grown after a selected selection by our farmers. The fruits are harvested ripe, healthy and clean in October and November. The pepper is transported directly to the dryers. The drying process is carried out in a traditional way, in which the pepper is smoked by burning stone oak or beech wood and thus dried. The process takes 15 days to achieve the treasure of smoked dried fruits. Suitable for meat and meatless dishes. Does not contain gluten.
