the structure of Pinot Noir: 30 – 40%, the juiciness and softness of Pinot Meunier: 30 – 40%, the elegance of Chardonnay: 20 – 30%

Dosage: 7 – 9 g/liter

Aging in the cellars: 24 months

Aging after disgorgement: 3 months minimum
